Frequently Asked Questions
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this tracking number on our website or the courier partner's website to track your order in real-time.
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice. If you're unavailable both times, the package will be held at the nearest delivery center for 3 days. You'll receive details to pick it up. After 3 days, the package will be returned to us.

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and either resend your order or provide a full refund.
Yes! We offer express delivery for select pin codes in metro cities. Express delivery charges start at ₹199 and delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours. Please contact our customer support to check if express delivery is available for your location.
