Exchange Process

- Photos of defective/damaged product
- Photos of packaging
Get Approval
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, we'll provide an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN).
Ship Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to our exchange address (provided with EAN).
Receive Replacement
Once received and inspected, we'll ship the replacement within 3-5 business days.
